Summary: Nosy deals with an intruder at the Hub.

A/N: Double drabble.
Fluffs were gentle, caring beings and also empathic, sensing the moods of the people around them. Although they were most keenly attuned to those they bonded with, and the ones they considered friends, they could detect and identify the emotions of anyone within a mile or so, further if the emotions were really strong and there weren’t many people around.
This one was feeling many conflicting emotions: anger, frustration, jealousy, obsession, regret, even faint tinges of guilt. He’d appeared out of nowhere, in the middle of the Hub, while the team were out, and Nosy was instantly suspicious. How had he got in?
He smelled human, mostly, and wore a wrist strap rather like Jack’s, but there was something wrong with it; Nosy could smell the wrongness.
With the team away, the only people left to defend the Hub were George, who was in the archives, Myfanwy, asleep in her eyrie, and Nosy itself. Clearly this was a job for SuperFluff!
Nosy lunged, biting through the strap, ripping it off, and tossing it into the Rift pool, where it sputtered and exploded. The man collapsed, clutching his arm and screaming.
Satisfied, Nosy immobilised the intruder and waited for its friends.
