Jack being over optimistic again.. Poor patient Ianto coping as best he can. Tosh to the rescue of course. Maybe a couple of cups of decaf then back to normal.. Ianto is not indictive, but he wants to make his point And knowing he is capable of handing out more Jack will remember and think in future
