“I don’t know if we should be doing this,” Ryo said, gnawing nervously on his bottom lip. “I mean, it’s against the rules!”
Dee couldn’t hold back a snort of amusement. “You’re worried about breakin’ a few little rules?”
“Of course I am, and you should be too! We’re cops, we’re supposed to set a good example, and rules exist for a reason.”
“Babe, you know I love you, but sometimes ya have some seriously weird ideas about what’s right and what’s wrong. We’re not hurtin’ anyone.”
“I know that, but… you’re not supposed to use proper nouns in Scrabble!”
