Trust Ianto to find exactly the right thing to say. Problem solved with no ill feeing on either side.Really smiled at the idea of Nosy using Owen's voice. Gone but not forgotten. He really loved Nosy

Ianto put the officious idiot firmly in his place and made it clear that such treatment was unacceptable, but he did it politely, which is more than Jack would have done.

Owen did love Nosy very much, and Nosy loved Owen. It keeps the memories of its first friends alive by using their voices. They'd be happy if they knew.
