A/N: Triple drabble.
Dee knows he looks good in black. It suits him, since it matches his hair and contrasts well with the green of his eyes. There are plenty of other colors he can wear, but black goes with anything, so his suits are mainly either black or dark grey, as are most of his other pants and jackets. It could be said that black is his color, usually teamed with jewel shades: emerald green, garnet, rich purples, teal…
Ryo, with his honey-colored hair and fair complexion, often wears black too, but he also favours the deeper and richer shades of brown, and looks good in most shades of blue, as well as some pinks and the lighter shades of green. Despite loving yellow, he mostly avoids wearing it, feeling it makes his pale skin appear sallow.
They make a striking couple when out together, whether working or on a date, and Dee doesn’t blame people for staring. He enjoys the attention, even if Ryo is less keen, flushing pink under the admiring gazes of the people they encounter. It suits him, but Dee’s favourite color on his lover is red.
Propped on one elbow he smirks down at Ryo, sprawled across the rumpled bed naked, sweaty and dishevelled from their lovemaking, and blushing furiously. He’s a veritable delight to Dee’s admiring gaze.
“Dee! D’you have to stare at me like that?”
“Uh huh! Why wouldn’t I? You’re gorgeous, every wet dream I ever had come true. Turns me on just lookin’ at you, makes me wanna ravish you all over again.”
“Don’t say things like that!”
Ryo’s blush deepens, the tide of red engulfing his ears. Dee can practically feel the waves of heat. Ryo tries to hide his face, but Dee doesn’t let him.
Yep, red is definitely Ryo’s color.
