A/N: Double drabble.
No weapon forged could kill him, and so centuries ago the Judge had instead been dismembered, the parts of his body scattered to the farthest corners of the earth, hidden where it had been hoped they would never again be discovered. All records regarding the dispersal had long since been destroyed as a safety measure; the last of those who’d been involved dead centuries ago, unable to give anything away.
Hah! Like any of that would ever stop someone as determined as Spike. It had taken longer than he would have liked, but at last Dru’s gift was almost complete. Just a couple more crates yet to arrive and then big blue would be all in one piece again, ready to strut his stuff, and the celebrations could really begin.
It was worth the effort, the endless research, and the following of anything that might be a lead, to see Dru so excited, looking forward to her party and the unveiling of their little family’s newest member. Spike was looking further ahead, to the day when humanity was finally eradicated from the face of the earth. He and Dru would surely be acclaimed for restoring demonkind to their rightful place!
