A/N: Double drabble.
It had been an understandable mistake, they looked so similar that it was easy to mix them up, and because he was so tired he hadn’t thought to double-check as he usually did before shoving the key in the lock. Now it was jammed; he couldn’t get the key back out of the lock and he couldn’t get his door open either. Ryo could have sat down and cried, but that wouldn’t solve anything. Instead, he pulled out his phone and called Dee.
“Hey, babe. Thought you said you just wanted to get home and relax tonight.”
“I did, I do, but I got my keys mixed up and now the key to your apartment is jammed in my front door lock and I don’t know what to do! I’ve tried everything I can think of, but it just won’t come out!”
“Calm down, babe, it’ll be okay. Listen, I can be there in twenty minutes with my toolbox. Why don’t ya see if one of your neighbours is in so ya don’t haveta sit out in the hallway while you’re waitin’?”
“Okay, I’ll do that. Thanks, Dee. Where would I be without you?”
“Sleepin’ in your car, most likely.”
