They are. I get them a lot and they usually last three days, but I still have to get on with everything as usual *sigh*

I know your pain; my mother had them, I've had them and could tell the difference in them and my son has them. Mine were influenced a lot by allergy, my repro problems and diet; I could control a lot of problems by keeping a close watch on how much salt and sugar I had (endometriosis and dysmenorrhea). I just hope you recover quickly.

Mine have always seemed to be hormonal, *sigh* I can't wait to be past menopause, then maybe they'll finally go away!
