There's no other gift that could possibly top Jack getting his family back, and who else on Earth could ever give that to him but Ianto.

All Jack's memories of his happy childhood on Boeshane are coming back to him, thanks to Ianto. Jack can see and hear all the people he loved and lost far in the future. It's the most precious gift possible short of giving him his living family.
