That's not really too bizarre for Torchwood, and no great harm gone. Jack will help him fix the dents

Jack is too obviously freaked out for it to be a lie, but Ianto kind of wishes he hadn't asked, the answer was too disturbing. I'm sure Ianto has a device to deal with dents.
