GAH!!! My secret! Someone told on me! ...I LOVE gingerbread, preferably as a cake with lemon pudding drizzled over it! Pure heaven :D :D :D :D:D

Me too! Anything with ginger, or lemon, or both - hands off! (The cookies mentioned here were actually A Christmas present given to me by a very dear friend, and needless to say I didn't share them!)
