Summary: The regulars at a bar have their evening interrupted.

A/N: Double drabble.
“Everyone just stay calm!” the man in the long coat said loudly as he swept through the doors followed by a ragtag bunch of people dressed in everything from ratty jeans and faded t-shirt to a three-piece suit that looked like it must have cost more that most of the bar’s clientele would make in a month.
“Easy for him to say,” the barmaid muttered to one of the regulars, all of whom were huddled at the far end of the bar as far away from the... thing as they could get.
Those people closest to the door had fled the moment the thing had appeared among them in a flash of golden light, but there was no way out from this part of the bar except by going past the monster that stood hunched and growling in the narrow space between two tables, and no one wanted to get any closer to it than they were, which they were all agreed was already way too close.
Thirty minutes later everything was back to normal and the regulars were staring into their drinks. Had something just happened? They downed their drinks and ordered again.
Cardiff was weird; everybody knew that.
