Jack is absolutely correct UNIT has no clue what Ianto is worth professionally to Torchwood or even more personally to Jack.

They won't be tempting Ianto onto their team, that's for sure. Ianto knows where he belong and where he's valued.

I think Unit are going to get an angry response from Jack.Bad enough they want to take Ianto away,but that they dare to undervalue him. They are going to be very sorry.

I think the letter will come from Ianto, saying he has no intention of leaving Torchwood to work for UNIT. They're not offering anything he's interested in, kindly don't bother trying again!
