A/N: Double drabble.
Team Torchwood had been under a lot of stress over the last few days, dealing with an invasion attempt involving a squad of very nasty aliens. They’d taken hostages and locked themselves in the Millennium Centre before issuing their ultimatum to Torchwood…
“Surrender or we will detonate a bomb beneath this building.”
Torchwood had, of course, saved the day; they had ways into the Millennium Centre the aliens didn’t know about. Tosh and Mickey had defused the bomb easily enough, it had been quite a primitive device, but then there’d been hostages to rescue and the aliens to round up. They were being held in the cells now, awaiting pick-up by representatives of the Shadow Proclamation.
Everything was gradually getting back to normal as frayed nerves settled down, but Nosy still looked rather frazzled and somehow stiff.
“What’s wrong with it?” Tosh fretted.
“It’s empathic,” Ianto explained. “Experiencing all our stress has left it a bit… tense. I recommend a good massage; who wants to help?”
There was no shortage of volunteers, and as the whole team claimed sections of Fluff to massage, kneading the furry body, their own tension melted away like magic.
Massaging a Fluff was surprisingly therapeutic.
