Good way to eliminate the hopeless. Who with sense wouldn't be delighted to meet a Fluff? Wonder how many would have fled, if Jack had brought in Janet. He and Ianto will soon forge the stayers into a strong team,

There are still probably over 100 applicants for about thirty places, so more weeding out needs to be done through interviews, but at least the number is more manageable and the completely unsuitable people have eliminated themselves. Now comes the hardest part, but I'm sure Nosy will help Ianto and Jack pick the perfect people.

I'm sure most would have headed the other way if Janet had come in!
