A/N: Double drabble.
Dee knew Ryo sometimes found his pouncing annoying, just as he himself sometimes found Ryo’s disinterest in his sexual overtures frustrating, but that was just the way they were; Dee was always horny, while Ryo had a rather lower sex drive. It might not be ideal, but in a way each of them was a slave to his own nature; all they could do was try to meet each other halfway. If that meant Dee at times having to resist the urge to pounce, or Ryo occasionally agreeing to sex when he might have preferred to read… Well, that was the art of compromise.
The odd thing was, the longer they were together the more willing Ryo was to abandon his reading, or whatever else he happened to be doing, in favour of a bit of steamy man on man action. There were still occasions when he rebuffed Dee’s advances, but these days it usually meant he was tired, in pain, or not feeling his best, perfectly valid reasons for saying no.
In a way, it proved what Dee had believed all along, that Ryo had just needed the right person to put him in touch with his true sexuality.
