I know how Jack felt, not wasps, though i was malevolently stung once. But a spider in the room and I go ballistic. Ianto will choose nice replacements, and Jack will pay for them happily. They need to get one of those zapper thing so it doesn't happen again. Ianto will not always be on the spot to exert hid undoubted authority

Jack just needs to learn to deal with wasps himself. He has authority of his own, they'll listen.

Spiders don't follow orders. They freak me out, but I try to put them out unharmed. They do provide a service.
