A/N: This one’s a triple drabble.
Standing in the doorway, Bikky scowled; here we go again! It never failed; any time the perv got Ryo alone he’d be all over him, pawing at him, kissing him… It was gross! Well, Bikky wasn’t about to let Dee Laytner get away with stuff like that; he hadn’t been able to keep his dad safe but he’d vowed to do whatever it took to protect his foster father from harm. Being a cop was dangerous, and having the perv for a partner added a whole other set of hazards.
Launching himself across the room, Bikky grabbed his nemesis, kicking and punching and pulling at him, determined to keep Ryo’s virtue intact. If it weren’t for Ryo’s insistence that he not skip school, Bikky wouldn’t let his foster father out of his sight, not ever!
“Get off me, you little brat!” Dee roared, trying to dislodge Bikky, who simply clung on like a limpet.
“Not until you get your pervy mitts off Ryo!” Bikky kicked harder, the toe of his sneaker connecting with Dee’s shin, drawing a pained yelp from the older man.
“What is your problem?”
“You are!” Bikky stuck his tongue out.
“I oughtta put you over my knee, teach you to have some respect for your elders!”
“You wouldn’t dare!”
“That’s enough, Bikky.” Ryo’s voice cut through the argument; as much as he appreciated Bikky coming to his rescue from time to time, he didn’t want the boy injuring his partner. He might not be completely comfortable with Dee’s advances, but that didn’t mean he thought Dee should suffer for making them. Not too much, anyway. Dee was his partner as well as his friend and as such was responsible for watching his back when they were working. If Bikky incapacitated Dee… well, that would be bad!
