I'm sure Jack always knows when Jack is watching. He only 'notices' when he knows Jack has time-sensitive paperwork he should be doing. The rest of the time he lets Jack watch ;)

Anyone with an ounce of taste would watch Ianto perhaps he in turn watches Jack, but more subtley

It is a very fine "spectator" sport. We woukd all partake but for a lack of Iantos.

Oh, that's a good point. All we'd need to do would be pamper our Iantos after they finished working.
