I'm definitely more the vacationer like Dee, when I do get to take my vacations for actual time off and not just time mending or taking care of Drew mending. But I would so love to get to spend the time visiting a whole 'nother country too, so I can see the appeal. Good to have time to read your lovely stories again!!! I've missed them and have a whole Dee/Ryo folder I hope to tackle while I'm mending.

I'm more Ryo's type of vacationer, or used to be when I could still go on vacations. My parents made sure to pack in every museum, zoo, garden, castle, or other site of interest wherever we went. And plenty of quaint villages too. We have some truly beautiful little places here in the UK.

There are plenty of fics to keep you busy, just watch out for the NC-17 ones, I know they're not your cup of tea.

Thank you!

Good memory on the NC-17 thing! :)

We've often enjoyed going to the local zoos, and we once got to go to Disney way back in '95 and loved it. But as far as the big vacations, well, that's the only downfall of having so many babies. Kinda hard to go anywhere without them, impossible to put them all at the vet's, and nowhere near as easy to take them along with you as it is human children unfortunately.

But, hey, one day!

That's true. Fur family have to considered. Our neighbours always took care of hours when we were away so we never had to worry. We returned the favor. It's good to have people you can rely on but not everyone's lucky enough to have that.

They both make a valid point and I'm a big fan of doing both,
