Probably more for Ryo, who was aware of what had happened and all that Dee had forgotten. Dee was too groggy for the first few days to manage much in the way of stringing thoughts together, and most likely kept forgetting he should be worried. He'll be fine though.

Ryo was afraid of losing Dee's love when he'd only just allowed himself to love Dee back. That would never happen though. Even if Dee didn't remember he'd just fall in love with Ryo all over again.
