Hear the Verse
A new game by Bit Blot called Aquaria has been released. Their site has a nice long demo available for download. The game itself is a mix of Ecco the Dolphin, Castlevania and Metroid. It is quite polished for an independent venture, very nice music, voice work and lush 2D visuals. It’s extremely reminiscent of Odin Sphere (especially considering the cooking system).
I am compelled to buy the full version just to collect all of the stuff for Naija’s room… Mmm, Jelly Lamp.
