the monthly updates I tend to post here are deficient. The actual happenings of my life are more accurately documented in my tribe profile. I am keeping this one only as a secondary, just in case. Today, tribe is down. I rely so completely on that network to keep me connected to my friends and family that when it isn't functioning properly, I get a little nervous.
Anyhow, April has been a big month.
~Major tattoo work completed
~had appendix removed
~traveling to the US embassy tonight to have my passport renewed
~planning a trip to Japan for May, provided the passport gets back in time
~planning a trip to China for July
~planning a trip to Nevada for August
All this and
~managing my health, social life, romantic life, work life, finances and family
Life moves so fast. I am at 5 months here, I never could have imagined how fast it would fly by. I suspected it would go quickly, but I really couldn't gauge just how quickly. I am very excited about the things I am planning over the next 10 months, and I imagine that these will likely pick up this speedy momentum. Before I know it, I will be preparing to return.
It all excites me. The trip here, the plans there, and the return are very exciting, and also, a little stressful. I have so many things I want to do, and I am feeling a little bit of a time crunch...will I really be able to do it all?
