It should be, anyway -- after fighting with Amazon on Thursday, I checked my account page on Saturday -- and it still hadn't shipped. I called customer service, got snarky, and wonder of wonders, while I was on the phone with them, billing information was sent to the shipper. Gee, a coincidence? I don't think so. It was supposed to go out 2-day air -- and it went Next-day air. Their loss -- they could have saved themselves a lot of $$$ if they'd sent it to arrive on Tuesday, like they did every other pre-ordered DVD.
Checking tracking, it's on the truck in Secaucus and should be at City Hall sometime this morning. As long as the UPS guy delivers it to the mailroom as they're supposed to do with every package delivered to City Hall, instead of leaving it on my desk in an office open to the public the way one of them did with a package of Bare Escentuals from QVC a couple of weeks ago -- then lied, signed my name, and noted in the comments that he met the customer. NOT!
We're both looking forward to some entertaining dinner viewing -- tonight and for the rest of the week.
