I just did something stupid...dammit!!
I watched Off to War on Discovery Times channel and it's making me emotional. I have been so good about not watching the news or reading anything and here I go and watch something like that. Now my nerves are shot and I'll will most likely be up all night worrying about every damn thing in the world.
By the way, I'm up to 97 pounds gone forever. I just wish I was able to work out. I can't believe it, but I actually crave to work out right now. My PT wont give me the OK yet. She said just to do the exercises she has shown me for right now. She doesn't want me to screw up my back/hip anymore. I just really want to lose some more weight and tone up before Chris comes home on his mid-tour. I just I should just be grateful to be where I am today.
Anyway, I'm off to do some research for my mom.
