so it's been a while since i posted anything semi personal?
but i basically am in my second week at the MOST AWESOME NEW JOB which is the same as what I've always done but in an amazing setting that truly encapsulates all that I've ever dreamed about in my entire career.
and it's in the city so i'll be moving in 6 months.. *shakes fist at new rental company making me sign a new lease*
and I've always loved vegan food... and we have a lacto ovo vegetarian diet (I THINK that's right? like, we have eggs and dairy products but no meat?) where I'm working and they cater for staff daily. WHICH is fantastic because the meals are AMAZING and with me virtually leaving the house 12 hours out of every day, its great because i dont want to eat anything heavy when i'm getting home at 7 or later every night.
BASICALLY, i've decided to embrace the near similiar diet i was already having over the past six months but really make a concerted effort to cut out all red meats.. the odd bit of chicken and fish not with standing because I LIKE THEM AND THIS FOOD DIET CHANGE is more to be actively healthy instead of just.. wow meats expensive, fuck paying 7 bucks for a kilo of mince, i'll buy a million veges for that price.
SO WHAT I AM ASKING FROM YOU OH INTERWEB FRANDS IS GIMME YOUR GOOD VEGE/VEGAN RECIPES! FOODS YOU LOVE! MAIN MEALS I CAN SWOON OVER! BLOGS THAT YOU VIIST ON THE REGULAR!
