i actually don't believe there is such a thing as a 'good cry'...crying is the mind telling you you are abundantly sad...feeling better after it is just a chemical reaction (akin to self-harm)
getting rid of the issue that is making one cry is the ultimate cure
eating
sleeping
being alone - that's a weird one actually...whenever i am down i NEED to be alone and i feel better
