in order to fly our here, you'll need to write your name and route on the ticket itself. i need to setup your listing on the company computer system so before you intend to fly out, call me and we can figure out a listing that works well for you. you'll also need a security document to get through tsa security out there... once we setup your listing, i'll walk you through printing that out... it's easy, but you'll need my access to the swa website to do it.
you need to be aware that these passes are "space available"... that is, you can only fly on flights that aren't already full. it can be hard to find open flights on fridays and sundays, but most other days are cool. also, because you're flying for free, the company has no liability for lost or damaged checked luggage... i don't know if you're planning to check anything or not, but i'd recommend taking anything particularly valuable or fragile with your carry-on just in case.
