edit: that empty space is Micatone's Is You Is. I don't know, where is it?
Anyway, AI update. Still feeling all gooey from seeing B-beb last night, I find myself reeling at Love Song night on American Idol. Of course, I'm biased, I only like Elliot's and Chris' but MYGOD. Elliot sings this song about being alone and singing this to you and one day you'll remember this moment and I'm weeping. I swear, tears are falling down my cheeks and I'm afraid to turn my head or whatever in case anyone sees that I'm crying. Then, Paula can't give her comments because she has tears in her eyes too. Hmm, okay. *wipe wipe*
I'm loving this because, well, I love love songs, well, some in particular. But mostly I love them when something happens to me and the song has a participating role. In fact, all the albums I posted up there have at least one love song in it that is so much a part of who I am, like my smile, or the muscles in my thighs.
edit: okay, not all albums. my favorite pearl jam love song is in ten. and fuck, is there a love song in audioslave? *running to check the CD*
And I think I'm loving this because I'm frustrated that my BBEBTARFI refuses to write me a love song. Well, there IS room for improvement, isn't there.
Fast forward to Chris, who sings Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman by Bryan Adams (um, is that the title?). I'm so scared for Chris, after him being in the Bottom 3 last week, so I'm wringing my hands in anticipation. Soon, I'm jumping up and down like a groupie at a gig (ah, those were the days...). I don't stop jumping and screaming even after he sings. Well, I pause a bit when they show Paula jumping up and down screaming, "I love you!" to Chris, and think, Tangna naman si Paula, gaya gaya. Then, I jump up and down again.
To quote Frou Frou, it's good to be in love.
