Okie, it's from Hellsing (which I guess doesn't matter much), but the redhead is Seras, the butler is Walter, and the woman with long blonde hair is Integra. Walter has been serving Integra (and likely serving as a father figure to her) pretty much her whole life. With that out of the way:

1. Seras thinks they ought to wait to get frisky until they're in Walter's bedroom.
2. Walter assures her no one will find them in whatever room they're in...
3. ...and asks her to bend over the coffee table.
4. Sexing commences.
5. Integra walks in and sees them.
6/7. Seras is forced to get Alucard (her master) and inform him that their kinky wire-bondage sex on the coffee table broke Integra's brain. Alucard apparently finds this hilarious.

Ah, now I get it. :) For some reason, I thought the butler and the person you call Integra were the same person and 'Seras' was into woman sodomy; that's where the confusion arose.
