Not only is his hair just like a "golden halo", it's also... Made of blood? Golden blood, what?

No, it was a typo that someone made YEARS ago on Deleterius, and I found it funny enough to make into an icon. Did My Immortal have St Mango's as well? If so, it is automatically EVEN BETTER.

Yep. St Mango's was where Enoby claimed Loopin and Snap were going to be sent "cos they were pedofiles and you can't have those fucking pervs teaching in a school with lots of hot gurlz". I'm not entirely sure why sending them to a hospital would help that, but it doesn't matter because they didn't actually seem to go anywhere.
