[It's some odd time of night- and Tris looks dressed for bed. In fact, it's easier to say that she looks like she was asleep, and has been disturbed by something. The plot rollover is to blame, not that she would admit that. No, instead, Tris is going to load up that bag she has with nonperishable food and a few dishes- stuff she knows she can eat and not worry about it spoiling or having to come down to prepare it.
She's also got a large bottle for water, which she's filling up after putting the bag over a shoulder.
