[When Castle wakes up he's immediately aware that the sheets on the bed are a bit more luxurious than he's grown used to. Not to say that his sheets aren't nice, these are just...strangely more crisp, and the blanket is much more cozy. He does recognize the room, but it's not his room at the Manor, he sits up and glances around. Its one of many

Um, what's so special about that? It's just another day of snow.
[Someone hasn't noticed anything yet.]

The rooms. This isn't the Manor, its a hotel. I want to get out and check it out.

Holy hockey pucks!
[The sound of curtains thrust apart is heard and a hand slapping on the glass.]

Something is right. It's New York isn't it?
[He hasn't even looked he's going simply on instinct and familiarity with the room setting.]

Look, let's figure this out in the least painless way possible. Is it 1989?

[Quit ruining his excitement with your LOGIC!]

At least no one can get hurt here, right? No monsters...I hope.
[He still keeps an eye out for that since Albert Fish and that incident was horrible.]
Reply
Oh, if it's New York, as I'm sure you know, there are plenty of 'monsters' out there.
