[Anyone wandering about outside this fine Monday will probably run into Daryl has he exits the forest; or, a much smaller version anyway. He's about 13 or so, a lot skinnier than usual, but just as grubby. He has a serious look about him, as if he isn't used to smiling, or simply doesn't do it often. With a pickaxe being dragged lazily behind him

You shouldn't be out in this weather. You'll come down with something.

Yeh? Why don't you mind yer own business?

Perhaps it is my business already.

That makes no damn sense
[Indicating to the Manor with his equivalent to a teddy pickaxe]
What th'hell's that place anyway? Weren't here 'fore now
Reply
Of course it doesn't.
This is a place called the Manor. You're trapped here. I'm sure you've been for sometime, you are just unaware of it.

Yer crazy, y'ever been told that?
[Holding his arms out, though they're quickly brought back down as the wind picks up]
I ain't trapped no where

[He gestures to the Manor again.]
Then why isn't Merle here with you? He's taking an awfully long time isn't he?

[You just get a scowl in response to that, although when he mentions his brother, his eyes widen in suspicious disbelief]
H-How'd you know his name? You been watchin' us or somethin? Followin' us??
[Stepping away from him, the frown making a triumphant return as he yells for his brother again]
Merle! There's some crazy ass psycho here-! Hurry up!
[Why isn't he answering..??]

Merle isn't here, and you aren't technically this age. This is the work of the one who saw fit to bring you here - She obviously finds you more interesting than your brother.
[While he's at it he may as well tell him that the Lucky Charms Leprechaun isn't real either..]

Y'ain't a God - Yer a fuckin' crazy person
[His grip around his 'weapon' tightens somewhat - not to be threatening, but to reassure himself that the person that gave it to him to use is going to appear any minute now and show this jackass what for.
Shivering rather visibly now, he rubs a hand over a bruised arm as he glances at the Manor, before his eyes settle on the man in front of him again. Backing up a few steps, he speaks again]
Don't follow me, else I'll split yer skull in two 'fore y'can blink
[With that, he turns round fully and heads back towards the tree's..]

Daryl, take a deep breath. This is a lot to take in - but panicking will not help the matter.
You're frozen to the bone, now stop being foolish and come inside.

How'd'ya know my name-?! An' I ain't panicking, yer jus'..freakin' me out is all!
[Stepping away as if out of reflex]
I ain't goin' no where with you, not till Merle gets here.
[He wouldn't leave him here, would he..? He hadn't been far behind him at all when he'd found himself here..He tries not to think about that for now]

I told you, I'm a God. My name is Xuchilbara.
If Merle gets brought here, then I will take you to him. But Merle wouldn't leave you right? [Bullshit] Why would he leave you here if he couldn't help it? Besides. He wouldn't want you catching the death of cold now would he? That's hardly a real man's demise - so let's not tempt fate for you hm?

Why'd'ya give a shit? I ain't anythin' t'you
[Though the 'if' at the beginning of his sentence sends a different kind of chill straight through him. Merle had to come here, he had to! He couldn't just leave him here....He makes his tone sound certain, though it's more so that he'll believe it himself]
He's gon'be here, he's gon'be lookin' fer me
[...right?]

Maybe not. But I'm not a person that can leave a child outside to freeze. Especially when there's a perfectly good house with central heating available.
[He pinches the bridge of his nose.]
Unfortunately that isn't something I can guarantee. The Author is a fickle, fickle and selfish girl. She doesn't bring people to her world to make people happy - just for her amusement.

I ain't a damn kid!
[He is freezing though! :Dd ]
..Fine..But y'try anythin' funny an' you'll regret it
[Hesitantly, pickaxe over his shoulder, he nods for the man to go in front of him. It was his house after all. Plus if he was behind him he could be sure he wouldn't pull anything]
