[If you're out in the halls early Monday, there's a new arrival on the prowl and a little on edge - he's keeping quiet while he's exploring the halls on alert, but while his hands aren't visible under the black half-cape he's wearing, the visible end of the sword scabbard peeking out is shifting a bit and definitely not completely at rest.]

[With his normal summons sealed besides the strange bird that'd been here when he arrived, he's really hoping Tris isn't an enemy.]
...Ah, excuse me?
[He's stopping at a respectful distance and opting for "cautiously polite".]

Are you from here? I seem to have just appeared, and I'm not entirely sure where - or what - 'here' is.

[He bows - he's not know what's normal manners here, so he's going with what he's familiar with, and there's a smaller such to Chime and the Rayquaza.] My name is Raidou Kuzunoha the Fourteenth...Raidou is fine. I'm not sure of his name, either - he was here when I arrived. I only seem to have a few of my normal summons, and they're sealed right now. [There's a small pause - he's not comfortable with that one.]
[With the introductions done, he studies the walls for a moment thoughtfully.] So it's something like a...[Oh the joy of not being sure what name to use for something that someone else would recognize - she's definitely foreign, but he doesn't have a better way to put this.] Fukurotsubo illusion? [Smaalll frown; that sounded a little too much like the explanation was something that'd happened often ( ... )

I... ah, I had been here a few months, and then I went home for several years. I only just came back.

I'm a summoner. [As MUN sidesteps the way the franchise seems unsure what to do sometimes with terminology...] Normally I work with demons and spirits from other realms; this is the first time I've been seriously cut off. [And no, he's not very comfortable with that.] I'm not sure what it would be called where you're from; it's - a sort of 'illusion' spell that creates a temporary space as a trap. Normally there's some means of unraveling or breaking it whether the creator's stepped into it themselves or not.
[And considering that he's never spent more than a few hours in one, the 'few months' gets a frown.] Are there many other people trapped here?

There are several others- a good way to get an estimate is by looking at the amount of rooms with a nameplate on them.
Ah, if you don't mind, could we continue this discussion out of doors? [That's a Significant Glance at Big Green.]

[Among the host of new questions is - just how far has he been thrown? He's seen mansions with this kind of architecture before, but most of what she's explained sounds foreign; there seem to be a lot of brass nameplates - more than several - down the hallways, but he hasn't quite paid enough attention yet to reading them.] Are most of the people here from different worlds? I haven't heard the phrase "ambient mage" used by foreigners, even, and if this place is that far outside normal reality...[Oh this is going to be FUN to get home from when they figure out a way out.]

I would imagine not. [No trouble understanding why you wouldn't want to mess with bringing storms indoors.]
[At least the front doors aren't far from the central staircase?]

[Chime is going to be disgruntled and just... when Tris turns her loose, land in a tree.]
[Tris is reaching out with one hand and making a small beckoning gesture, pulling in the breezes in a way that is clearly not natural. Especially once it starts twining around her like an affectionate cat, clearly just around her. The Rayquaza, at least, seems happy enough to abandon her for the higher air.]

[The wind trick does get a curious headtilt.] I see - there's entities on my world that can do that, but to my knowledge no humans, at least, not without outside help.
