[Innocence activated, zombies at six o'clock. Allen got it ready for his next attack. It seemed that some how in some way his powers had slightly been weakened to the point he can't even go beyond 100% activation, so he had to make do with his usual claw like innocence weapon.  Allen had been bitten twice already by what ever these things were and

[For the fifth time in as many minutes, Lenalee wished desperately that her boots were working properly. Though they still functioned well enough to fight with, the ability to fly would have been exceedingly helpful in a situation like this. She was beyond exhausted, but taking refuge in a safe house would have to wait until she had found her comrade, and was sure there wasn't anyone else being attacked nearby.]

[Fighting back unpleasant memories of being eaten by the Earl's nightmarish ghouls, Lenalee rounded a corner, feeling a flicker of hope at seeing a figure ahead. The sight of demon dogs near him quashed that hope, but also made Lenalee force herself to approach them faster.]

[Allen dodged the first dog just in time, feeling the strain of fighting continuously for the last twelve hours or so. He had used up a lot of energy and his hunger didn't help matters at hand. With he second dog as it jumped for him, he managed to block with his innocence, but this caused the dog to take a deep bite of it, making the boy flinch.

It continued to grip to his arm as he finally got around to being able to kick it off sending it a small distance away from him and his arm. His eyes were starting to get even more tired. He knew he was very close to his limit. He needed rest, but right now he needed to get to safety, but right now didn't seem to be the best of moments as the dogs continued on the attack and Allen tried his best to keep them from biting him... again.]

[Lenalee forced back the urge to yell Allen's name as she saw one of the dogs bite him, not wanting to be a distraction. Instead she focused on taking out the rest of the pack, sending one dog flying only to have another one jump her. After a minute of struggling and a sustained bite wound to her shoulder, she managed to kick that one off as well.]

Hang on!

[The dogs were persistent, even with Lenalee using her weakened boots to their fullest potential. But she did her best to destroy them while making her way toward Allen.]

[Allen turned his head for a split second, spotting Lenalee; at least that was one thing of his list, now to actually survive this new encounter. Swinging his claw at the dogs he managed to knock at least one of them out.]

Finally got one.

[Feeling much better at the fact they can be defeated gave Allen a tiny boost of confidence as he just managed to miss getting bitten by another dog.]

Lenalee, I think we should make a break for it. I don't think I can last much longer.
