[Black Jack is sat by the lake, shirtless, attempting to wash some of his clothes. Going nearly two weeks without anyway of bathing properly or getting a change of clothing was starting to grate on the Doctor, so this is him improvising.
He hadn't really tried looking for the blueprints and he wasn't sure he planned to; hunger and general lack of

Dooooooooc, why don't you let Pinoko wash your clothes?! [A very dishevelled-looking Pinoko dashes over to try and wrestle the laundry away from him. She seems a bit less bouncy than usual, but even a half-way exhausted Pinoko is still quite lively. Her clothes are in varying levels of disarray, with various wet spots from where she had most likely tried to scrub out mud and grass from sleeping on the ground, but it seems her vanity prevented her hair and face from getting too dirty.]
Look at you, you look terrible. Jusht plain awful! Go get shome resht and let Pinoko take care of thish!
[Then, she'll smirk.] And if you'd like, Pinoko can wash your back for you later, Doc~!
[Because there is no such thing as an inappropriate time to flirt. Of course.]

You don't look much better...
[Looking up, he ignores her next suggestion as he narrows his eyes. Until now he hasn't noticed that the second rowboat is sat quite happily over by the island..did that mean someone was over there? Could that also mean there was something like food there to? Getting to his feet, he glances down at Pinoko]
I'm going to see if there's anyone over there [Afterall, it could have just been the Author..] Are you coming with me or staying here?

[Still, she noticed a change in his tone, so it could mean something serious... fine, she decided to gather herself up and rinse and wring the clothes as best as he can; then, she srode to his side with her head held high, despite the fatigue that plagued them both.
She'll accompany him, of course! That's what a wife does, isn't it?]
Where to, Doc?

Sorry - you can finish when we get back? We can be quick.
[Approaching the remaining rowboat, he climbs in, motioning with a nod for her to get in opposite him as he collected up the oars]
We're going to that island over there

When she saw him climb into the boat, she followed suit.]
That island? [She raised a hand to shield her eyes from the sun, squinting into the distance.]
Ooh, thish shounds sho myshterioush!

[Because Pinoko didn't weigh much, it's fairly easy for Black Jack to row the boat alone. And as a result, it doesn't take long for them to reach the island. Climbing out first, he tethers the boat to the 'dock' and waits for Pinoko to follow]
I want to know if anyone's over here, and if they are, if they need help
[Or if there's food over here that they haven't let anyone else know about]

There must be someone; that boat didn't get here all by itself..

Doc, can squirrels row a boat?
What I mean is, if there's a bunny that talks, then maybe...?

What do you mean? Of course they can't. These have just dropped out of the tree's, that's all
[Almost as if on cue, he steps on one or two, the 'cruuunch' seeming to echo]

Maybe they're the ones who took the houshe plans! 'Cause shquirrels eat acorns, right?
[She jumped at the crunching sounds, backing up into her doctor's leg.] W-waaah...
[Will they attract something?]

Pinoko, why would squirrels take the blueprints to the house? They're squirrels, not hardened thieves.

...a couch with a very fat squirrel on it. And guess what he's holding?]
