[After one thing gone wrong after another, after the stress of dealing with Belphegor and his room being blown up, he had gone on a 4 pack-a-day smoking binge. And now he has been out of cigarettes for the past few days. Being in the throws of nicotine withdrawal had made him restless, and unable to sleep properly. Of course sleeping on the floor

He's silent, as always, staring at the other boy in the room. That's it, just staring, wondering if he's going to have to do something about this or not. He's here to forage not to fight, but with his weapon as handy as it has to be, he's not unprepared- even for a guy who looks on his last legs to be a problem.]]

If anything, at least his rooting about is done quietly.]]

Well, he's not planning on sleeping again any time soon, Hayato slips on his cracked glasses (that's right, the kid who was throwing dynamite at you has bad eyes) and pulls his hair back. Time to continue rummaging through his blackberry to see if he could find anything on who set his room on fire, or if that dumb-ass detective had been snooping around.]

...But of course his anti-social nature throws itself in his own face, in his words.]]
You know, when you throw, if you kept your shoulder a little more slack you could get more distance.
[[All while rummaging in the cupboard, tossing things on the counter before taking it apart to see what's useable by himself or Near.]]

I'm a mid-range fighter, not a rocket launcher. I want distance, I use the rocket bombs.

Mm?
And when those run out?

[He glances at the lighter for a second, then looks back to his blackberry. His big issue now was lighting the dynamite efficiently. Right now, the best he could do was keep the lighter in one hand and dynamite in the other, but that practically KILLED his efficiency... But it was still better then nothing...]

[carrying over a hundred sticks on dynamite before a fight usually helps there....
The teen glances up at the other kid, not looking too amused, but not outright pissed off either]
Besides, I got an ace up my sleeve.

It helps that you don't tell people you have an ace.
[[He moves across to the other side of the room, again rooting in the lower cupboards first. Also now, don't expect it more than the once, but while 'roughed up', he's well aware they both could have killed one another.]]
I'll give that you're a tough opponent, not an impossible one, but tough.

[It wasn't so much about knowing he was going to win. It was more a matter of "If I get my ass kicked it will happen before I run out of explosives" like it has with Gamma. Not that this guy needed to know. Hayato really was a walking bomb with the ungodly number of sticks he carried on him at ALMOST all times. He was running a little low now, due to the recent plots, however once all was said and done he was going to make up a new batch. Something he surprisingly found relaxing... even if one wrong move could blow him to hell and back]
You ain't so bad yourself, But I could beat ya if I had to...
[that is of course, the other boy had something up his sleeve as well]

[[He's not too concerned with the bantering or this 'ace', he could care less. One bullet between anyone's eyes and they're useless until they return to life. Hiiro rises from his little excursion and picks through stuff on the counter he's put there while scouting.]]
I'm certain there's a variable for it.
[[He tosses a few things to the side and starts taking wires from something else.]]
However, you have one thing you can't guard against. Since I've no foreseeable need or want to kill you, it shouldn't be a problem.

No reason to fight you again either, so it doesn't look like you'll be seein' it any time soon.
[Especially with Belphegor in the manor, Hayato was going to keep that thing under wraps for as long as he could]
