{11th Deathray} Sleepless in the Man-or [Accidental Video]
[The lights in his room flickered off, then on, then off before completely going out. He pulls out his De-Gun and turns the barrel to De-Hydrate which has the brightest light of the other settings he had. The light blue light was just enough for him to see as he fished for something to use as a candle.]
Well, if it doesn't rain, it pours.
[He points the gun around his room so that he doesn't step on any of the rotting planks that would threaten to swallow him up. A flash of his work table shown his tools were just about all repaired and a small radio is seen in the corner that he dismantled and reworked to take a small but powerful power source of his own design that caused it to glow through the gaps.
His hand reaches for the light switch which would be the obvious source of the short. Once he determines that the switch wasn't the culprit, he checks the light fixture itself by climbing the rolling library later. His small frame barely caused it to move nor shake. Using his De-Gun, he propels himself from the ladders original position to the light. He checks it by pulling the hot and the ground from the fixture and with his lips pursed, he shook his head.]
Okay, this is bad. If power is out in my room, most likely it's every where else too.
[There's a creek and a slam on the floor from the ladder in a controlled fall and the feed goes out.]
(OOC: After his fight with Roxanne, he's been spending a lot of time working to get the manor back in shape but the task is proving to be daunting challenge. So much for sleep. XD)
