[Gene had in his hands a large file full of papers and profiles from people that he has been keeping an eye on or those he could keep up with. Mostly generalized information from what he could gather on the network, the need for a school was definitely at hand. At the very least, a Cultural Education course once a week was certainly something that could be a strong start. Now he needed to get a hold of the Doctor to make it work.
