[Megamind has a bowl of popcorn, a cooler of sodas and juice with some chairs that he snagged from the dining room to watch the battle between Piccolo and Zarbon. Mostly, he's watching to collect fighting data and to find out which side is which for a later time. Finding out which ones were good and which ones weren't really did help to keep things

[Attractive female with the powers of allure heading over to view this and sitting down in one of the chairs? Oh, indeed. Helping herself to some of the popcorn, as well.]

[With a handful of popcorn in his hand, he couldn't help but stare. Megamind, despite being alien, did find human women attractive but this one was strangely so to the point that he couldn't stop staring. If Roxanne catches him....]

[she's so used to that she doesn't even notice. She does give Megamind a very brief look; people who were both blue and had heads that large were... a bit beyond her normal scope of things, but when one has frequent chats with Lucifer, one isn't terribly thrown by aliens.]

Hello. [she offers a fairly pleasant smile, extending her hand.] I'm Akako Koizumi.

[He takes her hand but he doesn't kiss it. Something in the back of his mind said not to and he followed that but that didn't stop him from being cordial.]

I am called Megamind. I'm a hero, you know.

[Doh! What am I saying?]

[She offers a vague smile and a slightly amused look.] Are you really? What heroics have you done?

[Something causes him to sit up very straight and still.]

What? Did I say hero? I meant to say...zero. Yes, I'm a zero. I'm not a winner or anything special. I've got a girlfriend.

[His hands go straight to his mouth. Everything he said came out wrong.]

[a small browarch. well, he was certainly as amusing as he was blue.]

Do you? That's nice. What's she like?

[His eyes go a little dreamy when he thinks about her.]

She's smart, pretty, fun and she's got this way of knowing just what to do and say. She's not just pretty, [Suddenly animated, he lets go of Akoko's hand.] she's gorgeous!

[a small smile that looks a little tighter than it was before-- Akako rather wishes that the one she liked would talk about her that way.]

You must be very happy with her.

Oh, I am. She's the perfect part to my less than perfect life but being with her, it makes things around me so much better and clearer to comprehend.

[His eyes look up at the sky and sighs. Then he blinks out of his dream-like state and turns his attention back to Akoko.]

For years, I used to kidnap her just to be close to her. You see, I wasn't always the hero.

[she looks a little startled at that-- and then laughs lightly.]

Did you really? How did that work out? [she's genuinely interested now. She's done similar things.]

[His brow lifts.]

That's getting a little personal. Why are you so interested in that?

[Now he's thinking that she's into something kinky which really is starting to unsettle him.]

Oh? My apologies, then. I didn't mean to intrude.

No, no, it's fine. It just...well, it seems a little odd to talk about how tying someone up has anything to do with falling in love with the captive or something strange...[coughs]

Anyway, if you really have to know, she and I started falling in love under a different circumstance...well she more than I. You see, I was already there way before she started noticing me for someone more than just her captor...tormentor. [blinks] This isn't making any sense!
