[A very deadpan Vincent face comes on the screen, well deadpan for human standards. By Ulquiorra's standards he is in an ABSOLUTE PANIC. He's sweating profusely and his heart is pounding. The pounding heart is the key source of his stress. It's heavy in his chest and it's beating so fast, he's beginning to think it's broken. Being stuck in a faulty ( Read more... )

[B is having a field day with this explosion of feeds that are so carelessly posted. All these new names and faces~ ..And of course, the multitude of exceptions that came with them. He rubs his palms together. Vincent Nightray is one of the unfortunate souls who has caught B's attention. The lifespan is wrong. Completely wrong.]

Are you acquainted with Vincent Nightray?

[...It's THAT one again. Bothersome. Very bothersome.]

I do not make it a point to learn the names of humans.

[B recognizes the phrasing instantly. Oh, this is just too good to be true!]

But you are human now, Mother. And are you enjoying the change~?

I've no time for your games. Have you seen my body or not?

[that would probably be assumed to be a resounding "No."]

[Oh ho ho. As a matter of fact, yes, B has seen Ulquiorra's body wandering around.]

I've learned something new about your body. You do not eat. Why is this?

I do eat, but in a different manner then humans, now answer my question.

[Once again it was a 'quid pro quo' situation. He would indulge fore now...]

Mm? Have I, or have I not? Hm... What difference could that possibly make, Mother?

There are some matters I must discuss with whoever is inhabiting it. If certain matters on not explained it could mean the instantaneous death for the humans here. If you value your life I recommend that you speak my bodies whereabouts.

[Whence we run into the problem that ultimately B does not actually value his life at all. To him, his life has no meaning at this point. He's already lost the game he was playing with L simply by being stolen away here by the Author, so what other purpose could he have? But, there isn't a change in his expression at all. It's the same unamused deadpan.]

Odd... [He chews on a nail.] I seem to recall you saying you aren't a hero.

Hardly. But a vast amount of deaths would cause unwanted attention. I do not want to deal with it if it is not necessary.

[How bothersome. Humans would typically much more willing to cooperate if their lives were at stake. This human was an irritation.]

[Death. B's favorite subject, really. Rather, his second favorite subject. L would still come first. Then again, perhaps not. It's a difficult decision- much like choosing between volume 1 and volume 3 of Akazukin Cha Cha. But death only superficially had an external cause. Those fated to die, will invariably die. Only a few present are scheduled to die at the Manor. There is no mass extinction, though, that too, would be a delight to see. He gives a small wicked grin invisible through audio.]

And you shan't need to.

Tell me where my body is, and it will be assured.

[If this human were within his reach Ulquiorra may have lashed out by now. He could feel the human's body churn with an anger. The urge to grab the humans neck and break it was almost unbearable. This body was faulty. It was far overreacting to such a simple situation... it was quite troublesome... and it was putting Ulquiorra in an even fouler mood]

Nope. Farewell, Mother.

[And he hangs up because a) He's convinced no one is actually going to die, and b) because he can.]
