[ Vegeta is outside with the mangled body. He's holding his camera to record it's goriness. No this is not to disgust you all, but he does expect someone to see this and to come. No sarcastic remarks from him. This is fairly gruesome. ]
Hm... Rather than stating the obvious that no human could have done this, I might say it'd be wise for all those not capable to stay inside.
