To those who are interested in at least hindering the murderer, I recommend boarding up the ventilation systems in all areas of the manor. This cannot be accomplished by only a few people alone in any short period of time, so any help is appreciated. If you have the time, please board up the ones in your private rooms as extra precaution

Thanks for the suggestion.
[There's a certain paranoia laced in his tone considering that he was already dead once and he certainly didn't want to go through that again.]
Anyway, I've got a brace put up so it's going to be a little hard for him to get through. How do you know so much about this guy?

We have actually met at the manor once. Care to guess how he magically got inside my locked room?

You know, it's funny.
[The sound of the hammering stopped and the sound of the tool being placed on something wood and hollow sounding.]
Now that I think about it, it's strange. Have you ever had a nightmare so strong that you can't shake it no matter how many sleeping pills you try to take to make it go away?
[He's referring to his death in the Manor.]

[And she's referring to her impending death post-Manor.]
What's on your mind?

[That and being brought up to be a gentleman, he wouldn't ask her to do anything that would put her in harm's way.]

[And it wasn't long until he lightly knocked on her door. And in his hands is a plate of nachos. It's a strange habit of his to have nachos at a talk.]
It's me.

Are those to help quell the nightmares?

Yeah, I figured a little cheese would help make it seem less harsh. Since I can't eat chocolate, it's the next best thing.

So what's up? I have a feeling this isn't about the murders.

Yes and no. It's...complicated. I guess it helps to talk about the weirdness before it gets worse, right?
[He's rubbing his hands hard.]
I...hear this voice in my head saying over and over again, "Sorry kid..." and it all goes black. I remember in this dream that there was this fat green baby eating pancakes and bacon. Then I hear this snap...and that's where I wake up.

[She's a little surprised. This wasn't exactly what she had been expecting to hear.]

Actually, that's the weird part. I did. He's got this insane fear of rice cookers. I know it sounds weird but it's true. But yeah, this kid grew up and...that's where it gets worse....and....
[He plays with the chip for a few more seconds before he pops it in his mouth, collecting his thoughts as he chews.]
I know....he said he was sorry for it but why be sorry for killing someone?

A baby that grew up? What? Wait, on you're not talking about someone from your world. [Now it makes sense, if only because it made sense that nothing made sense here. Well, he could have at least mentioned that in the first place! Misora gives a look but lets it slide.]
Was it manslaughter?
