Is she missin' an arm- or is it just badly cut? [Mentally assessing the damage as he digs around his own little place in New York for a first aid kit.] Try to find somethin' to press against the wound if its bleedin', you need to stop the blood flow fore she gets low on blood.
y-yeah it's gone.... P-put something against it? Won't that just hurt her more? What wouldI e-even put against it... ah d-dammit... there's a lot of blood...
That changes things- you gotta tie it off to stop the bleedin'. It'll hurt, but it'll stop the bleeding until you can find a healer.
Best bet, tear up some cloth, somethin' that'll absorb the blood but won't let it puddle out. Tightly wrap where the arm ends. Like I said, it'll hurt- but she'll thank you in the long run.
I'd say as tight as you can- but not sure if you've got super strength or somethin'. [He remembers you Piccolo and your eye laser madness.] Try to tie as tight as a human would.
[From the sounds of it Eddie has found a first aid kit.] Can you tell me just where you are? I can probably fly over pretty quickly and try to help out if Kuja doesn't get back to you.
Helps plenty- but New York is a big place, has a lot of theaters. If she can tell you a little more- even a drop of somethin' else that'd make it easier for me to pin point just where you two are.

[And a pause at the explosion at crashing.]
...That helps immensely. Thanks. I'll be there in a second.
[With that Eddie terminates the feed, making his own leave through his window and Piccolo can probably expect a more demonic roadie to be peeking in from the hole in the rooftop.] You sure as hell weren't kiddin' when you said you put a hole here. Damn.
[He quickly does come down though, first aid kit in hand] Is she lookin' any better or worse?

[Piccolo looks up at Eddie worried, and completely unfazed by the strange new form, he's got seen some weirder tricks after all. In response to his question he simply shifts her from the position cradled in his arms so that the roadie could get a better look at her. There's blood everwhere but her arm has been tied off and shoddily cauterized to prevent more bleeding. Overall she still looks like a wreck]

She looks bad... real bad... I don't know what to do... I've killed hundreds of humans, but I've never tried to fix one!
