I don't know, all I am aware of is that they're trying to kill us.

The Plot Bunny mentioned something about Weapons and Meisters, that we are to destroy these things before they kill us first.

Hmm.. yes that is true. I shall do so as soon as possible, I need to also get a hold of Black Jack. I'm not entirely sure I'm comfortable with the idea of him wandering when these monsters are around.

[He takes off running which is a double edged thing, a distraction so that everyone else can get to safety and for him to lead the Kinshin to fighters that can take them down.]

[Gene heard the departure note but didn't respond to save Hatori from getting discovered. Gene didn't have much to lose here which meant that if he was caught he wouldn't be missed on the whole.
