[Nice was starting to get bored of this. Lifting from stores and bars she was used to, and she was very good at it. But, on the odd occasion where she'd been caught, she also enjoyed the chase that came soon after, be it from angry shop keepers or whoever. However, here, she could take what she wanted, and no one seemed to care any more or less. However, this changed when she'd gone into a bar, hoping to get the four finger discount on a bottle of French whiskey or something to that effect.
Needless to say, testing her theory of 'will they notice if I just jump the bar and grab a bottle?' didn't go down well with the faceless barman. Even though he didn't chase her out, she still legged it down the street and round a corner or two, smiling all the way. It gave her a familiar sense of satisfaction, even if she didn't have to run far.
Eventualy stopping by the Siene, she opens sits on the edge of the wall overlooking the river, her feet dangling off the edge as she opens the bottle.]
