Perhaps I should have asked for people to answer honestly.

Yeah, that would have been a little better.

I was hoping most people would be mature enough I would have to.

Listen, word of advice. If you want straight answers from people without them resorting to what I just did, don't be so honest and say what the damn thing's for to complete strangers. We have some unsavory people here that won't do this just because you say you're a detective.

Be a bit creative. You'll get further.

You say that as though I won't be able to tell which are fake and which are real.

I know it was an obvious fake. Any moron can see that. If you want the truth, sometimes you have to lie to get it. What's the point of all of this anyway? You can look up the names by simply getting into your address book on your phone and do your research the way it's meant to be done.

And what kind of detective would I be if I told you that? For now, that is 'Need Not to Know' information.

However, there's no harm in telling you that it's mostly just to see who answers truthfully and who answers falsely.

Bad social experiment but with a plausible outcome. That's going to incriminate about ninety percent of the Manor so you just solved the case of "Everybody lies". Good job.

[he sighs]

Don't question my methods and I won't question yours... provided they're all legal.

Depends on the interpretation and I wasn't questioning your methods. I was merely giving you a pointer from a senior to a junior. If you can't take the advice, then don't. I could care less.

Over and out-
