Second entry: Day 4

[On her travels, a rather confused and overwhelmed Elizabeth has found her way out to the grounds of the manor. With Embry padding along beside her, she tries to work out everything that's happened so far...]

[She glances down at the big cat in irritation; she still wasn't used to having him

[Something or someone is rustling in the bushes and there's the faint sound of giggling]

[ Upon hearing the noise before his mistress, Embry stops, a low growl eminating from the fully grown tiger. Elizabeth stops as well, and glances behind her, slightly..well, not 'scared', but cautious]

Who is that..? Who goes there?

[Now a voice comes from the bush.]

Oh ho ho~! My oh my!! Meow-meow-meow!!! Edward is kitty cat chow?

[Then very suddenly Edward pops out of the bush, sitting on Jachin's back who has quickly gone from mouse to giraffe. Ed waves furiously from her mount.]

Hi-hi!!!

I'd pay to see Ed in a zoo..

Completely taken aback and a little astounded, Elizabeth backs away from the gigantic animal. Embry simply hangs his head in despair. This would be very hard to explain indeed; he only just got her to buy the whole 'I'm a physical part of your soul' explanation

Please, Try not to panic, your grace-

(In a hissed whisper) I'm hardly panicking!

(To Ed) You, up there! Won't you come down? It's rather hard to speak to you when you're all the way up there..

[First Jachin speaks nervously] Don't be afraid!

[Ed is clinging to Jachin's neck, swinging herself side-saddle and then standing on the giraffe's back.]

Nope! Don't be afraid of Ed!! Ed and Jachin won't hurt her! Nope, nope, never, never! Ed and Jachin are friendly and safe!!

[Then holding onto Jachin's neck she swings herself sideways towards Elizabeth and whispers]

Edward is a cowgirl.

Gaw..I <3 Jachin =]

Oh, I see...[She glances at Embry for help or an explanation; she has no idea what a 'cow girl' is, or why this young girl has a boys name. Either way, she smiles, and dips a small courtsey]

It's lovely to meet you both

Embry nods his head at Jachin

So, Edward; why were you hiding in the bushes exactly...?

[Ed is back on Jachin's back and bows. Jachin the giraffe inclines his head too]

Edward is happy to meet you too!

[Ed looks confused by the question and shrugs animatedly]

Have you been here long, Edward? You seem a little young to be here by yourself..

[Embry lies down heavily on the grass, and rolls over, stretching. Elizabeth looks down at him, as if to say 'Was that really necessary?']

It's rather warm, your grace; I just felt a little sleepy~

[She rolls her eyes playfully]

Edward has been here...

[Ed makes a face as if trying to remember]

Two weeks!

[Big smile. She sees Embry rolling in the grass and giggles and points]

Sleepy-kitty! Sleepy-kitty!!

[There is no longer a giraffe under her and she sinks back into the bushes. Jachin is now a tiger cub who races over to Embry's side, batting at the older tiger's tail excitedly]

[Ed pops out of the bush again, this time rolling onto the path and uncurling into a seated position. She missed that second part entirely]

[Embry rolls over in surprise, and at first is a little hesitant to respond to the little tiger cub. Finally, however, he grabs Jachin by the scruff playfully. Elizabeth steps out of the way as they roll over each other]

[Meowing and purring and now quite growling Jachin plays with the larger tiger. Ed beams up at Elizabeth]

Kitty-kitties are playing-playing!

Getting maternal, are we, eeey Lizzie? 8D

[She smiles warmly at the younger girl, and sort of strokes/pets her hair affectionately. Despite everything that's happened so far, the young Queen is put at ease by Ed's care free..ness,and sunny disposition]

[Ed leans catlike into her hand with a little smile on her face]

I can't really see Ed functioning in the gowns Elizabeth has to wear XD

You're rather sweet, aren't you?...If a little...eccentric. Well, if you ever want company, you can always come to my room, okay?

(I think Elizabeth see's Ed as her 'fool'..Ed would suit a jesters costume so well! That'd be so cute...XD *must draw*)

hahahaha!!!! OMG I CANNOT IMAGINE THAT AT ALL!! I feel like Ed would get angry at it and rip it off
