[Conan is just rooting around the kitchen and seems to have no interest in the candy bowl-which as much candy as he's seen taken out of the bowl and around the manor, he's come to the conclusion the bowl is bottomless

[Remus, too, is rooting around in the kitchen. He's most interested in the candy, though. He's seen Muggle candy before, but apparently sometime since 1976 the Muggle world's candy selection has exploded. He's never come across even one of the hundred or so brands of chocolate sweets he's found here. He isn't eating any, yet. He's only looking through bags and at wrappers, trying to process this incredible new world of chocolatey goodness.]

[Conan looks up from where he's going through the pantry. When nothing catches his eye he goes over to the fruit bowl and gets an orange... contemplating on just how to peel it since his left arm is in a sling.

He frowns at the older teen going through the candy, he'd never been a fan of sweets.]

That stuff will rot your teeth, you know.

[He looks over at the other boy, somewhat surprised at his food choice. He thought that all kids like candy. Not that he himself is a child, but still, he knows he has some childish tendencies...]

I'm not expecting to eat all of it at once, you know.

[He stands.]

Er, do you need some help with that orange?

Huh? Oh, sure. Thanks.

[he holds the orange out]

[Remus smiles, quickly breaks the orange's skin and peels it neatly.]

My name is Remus. What's yours?

[He hands the orange back to Conan.]

It's very nice to meet you. That injured arm looks like a pain, though... is there anything else you might be needing?

No, the orange should be all for now.

[he smiles] Thank again!

[He nods.]

Tell me if you need anything, okay? Just... not through these, er. Blueberries. I still haven't quite figured out how to use them.
